- one small to go everywhere
- one larger at your office
- you need things to write about it
- keep a diary
- keep a scrapbook for things you could write about it, save images, books, movies, people
- have a place which is specifically for writting. and a atime for writting
- do not let that censor anywhere experiment
- be tolerant, patient and generous
